Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the left side of my brain, That means that I like to arrange things in order, everything has to have a place, I like to make lists too stay organized, and I tend to be better at math than other subjects. However, sometimes I need to be more open to my feelings, definitely more creative, and open to difficult situations.

Decision making

Conceptual style

When making decisions I tend to follow the Conceptual style. People with that decision making style are insightful and enthusiastic, very personal social orientation, shows concern for others' views, motivated by recognition from others, and lastly they want indepedence; enjoys achieving personal goals. Others sometimes percieve my decision making as to idealistic, slow; idecisive, and difficult to controll. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is the one that allows for loose, decentralized settings; informal and simple organization.

My personality Type

#1 Blue

I have a blue personality. That means I am very good with relationships, and I can help others extremely well. I am a trustworthy, friendly person, and I like to help people when they are sad or upset. I get along with others really well and I like to think of others in front of myself.
