I Wonder
2nd Graders
FREE
In this online workshop, children will be introduced to science through language arts. We’ll read the I Wonder book, then discuss how asking great questions about what they see in their everyday lives, then testing to find out the answer, make each of them everyday scientists! The I Wonder book that we will be reading together encourages children to think about the world in which they live. Young readers will journey along with the amused explorer who shows curiosity about bees, butterflies and more!
There are two options for participating in the I Wonder program:
- Teachers email me directly to coordinate a private date/time for the entire classroom to synchronously participate.
- Parents/grandparents etc sign up using this form, and select the date/time that is most convenient for them.
All registered participants in the continental United States will receive a copy of the I Wonder book (while supplies last). Teachers who coordinate a private date/time will receive books in a pack from which they can distribute books & webinar link to the workshop to their students.

If a youth does not receive at least an 80% on their first attempt, they will need to re-take the exam but a different version.
