The Final Episode
I know this has been a huge learning experience for all of us. Spending endless amounts of time in front of a screen and not in front of human faces was certainly not the way I envisioned spending a good chunk of this school year.
Sometimes our best life lessons are created in the times that we can't control, that we can't change, and that we wish we could wish away. And yet ... we made it through.
My summertime tips for you are: enjoy your family, appreciate your friends, get outside, practice some good self-care, exercise, and find the things in life that bring you joy. Our mental health is always taking care of the whole person ... spirit, soul, body, mind, emotions ... so take really good care of your whole-self this summer.
Enjoy your time off ... I am looking forward to the time I can see you all in person again!
