Our Student Council is organized a Toy Drive for Spark of Love. We will be collecting donations at the Winter Dance on 12/2 and any school day through Friday, 12/16. There will be large bins in the Learning Center and Library for students to place new, unwrapped toys in.

Volunteers Needed!

We are looking for parent volunteers for the following upcoming exciting programs:

  • Math Mondays - Beginning in January, during primary (11:30-12:15) & upper grade (12:15-1:00) lunches every Monday, students can opt to come into the Learning Center during their lunch play time and play math-related board games. Parent support is needed to help get out games, guide play, put away materials.
  • Primary after school Robotics - We are so excited to offer after school Robotics for our 2nd & 3rd grade students on Monday afternoons from 2:30-3:30 beginning in late January or early February. We would love to have a parent or two help out. No engineering background is needed, but we would love it if you had some! There is a training offered on January 12 from 3-5:30 if you would like to attend. Please contact Mrs. Ybarra for more information.

All volunteers must be cleared through our OUSD volunteer process. Please contact the office if you are interested! Thank you in advance!!

LCAP Survey

Thank you so much to the 38 parents who have already submitted their thoughts and feedback through our LCAP survey. Our goal is for at least 100 parents to complete the survey this year. OUSD appreciates your time and values your feedback! We use this information to guide our programs and use of resources. Please CLICK HERE to complete the brief survey. All 5th & 6th grade students will be completing the student survey in their classes.
