A Word From Mrs. White
Can you all believe we have been in school a month?! Time seems to be flying by. I sure wish the weather would take a hint and start to feel more like fall. In the meantime keep sending those water bottles with your students to help them stay hydrated. The mask requirement went into full effect last week after our school board meeting. We are currently giving out masks to those who need them but please please send one if at all possible and send a spare. We have provided lanyards for them to wear while they are at school. They are color coded by class. This helps us to know who is supposed to play where at recess and lunch recess as we are still maintaining cohort groups during these times. Our PTO is working hard to continue to make memories for our students. Make sure you sign up for the PTO membership toolkit, join PTO, and sign up for popcorn and slushy days. Our PTO is the absolute best but we need you to help make it a success! Here's to a great week!

DISTRICT RETURN TO LEARN PLAN
The District's Return to Learn Plan is updated as necessary to respond to changes.
The District's Plan was last updated on 9/8/21 and added the language “Effective Wednesday, September 8, 2021, a mask requirement is in place for all students, staff, and visitors. Masks shall be worn when in or on any District property, including buses, except when students and staff are outside. Masks will be made available at the front office of all school sites and on all buses."

We continue to have trouble with grown-ups exiting their vehicle during arrival and dismissal.
- If you must help your child out of the car, please park and walk them to the door.
- If your child needs help buckling when you pick them up, please pull forward, out of the line to buckle them in.
- Masks and backpacks should be on and in hand ready to go!
