Interviewing each other...
French Two students interviewed each other to find out what they really, really like to do in certain situations. (They were practicing emphasizing their likes and dislikes.)
finding a little bit of French…even in our clothing and accessories...
taking virtual trips to francophone places around the world...
French One students did a Web Quest activity to learn more about Québec, while French Two students learned more about la Martinique.
celebrating Mardi Gras, N'Orleans style...
….including traditional Mardi Gras foods….
…making Mardi Gras masks (in French One)...
….wearing those masks…..
…making jesters' hats (in French Two)...
[along with a few masks, for those who felt so inclined]
and showing off their Mardi Gras tatoos!
As always,
I thank you for sharing your wonderful and amazing kids with me each day. I feel so lucky!
