Mrs. Linda Hinojosa, Palacios Librarian, Recipient of Two PSJA Education Foundation Grants

Two PSJA Education Foundation grants for $1000.00 each were awarded to Mrs. Linda Hinojosa, Palacios Librarian in December 2017. Mrs. Hinojosa will be using these funds for the campus Panther Book Club and the annual Dr. Seuss Literacy Carnival in March.

Celebrating the 2017 National Computer Science Education Week at Panther Library -"The Hour of Code"

Students at Palacios Elementary participated in the 2017 National Computer Science Education Week from December 4 -10. Students used "The Hour of Code" website in the library and the computer lab throughout the week.



“The 'Hour of Code™' is a nationwide initiative by Computer Science Education Week and Code.org to introduce millions of students to one hour of computer science and computer programming.”
