Marshall LMS Update

Bray's Bulletin

Dear LMS Ram Families:

I hope you are all staying safe, healthy, and well. What an exciting week! Our awesome Ram football team competed in Eagle Pass on Friday night. It was an exciting game, and our Rams did Ram Nation proud! Kudos to Coach Williams, the coaching staff, and the players for an excting and memorable season. If you have driven by the campus you will notice that the exterior fencing has been relocated, and signage is in place stating that the new entrance will be open on November 29th. We look forward to welcoming our Rams into the new building. It will certainly be a point of pride for the entire Ram community. A friendly reminder, packets for the letterman jackets were distributed through CTE courses last week. The vendor will be on campus tomorrow evening beginning at 5:15 p.m in the auditorium to take orders.

Students, please remember as LMS Rams you have made A Commitment to Excellence (A.C.E.), and that means we try our best in everything we do. Please remember to work with your teachers. They are here to help you be academically successful. Also, it is expected that you will be in your seat and ready to learn when the tardy bell rings.

As we get ready to head into Thanksgiving Break I would like to express my sincere appreciation for entrusting your child's education with our faculty and staff. I consider myself blessed and privileged to be able to work with our amazing students, families, faculty, and staff.

Counselor's Corner

Greetings LMS Ram Family,

Greetings LMS Ram Family,

I hope this message finds you doing well! Many students have been inquiring about ways to improve their grades since it is progress report time. Checking HAC and Schoology multiple times per week will help students stay current with missing assignments. Reaching out to their teacher regarding tutoring sessions and utilizing the NISD Online Tutoring Support are all great ways of reinforcing classroom learning. The upcoming break, Thanksgiving week, will be a great time to catch up on missing work, finish up projects that may have been assigned, and even review for finals! Utilize this gift of time if you need too! 😊

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to me by email, Anissa.Pennick@nisd.net. Please include your student’s id number and a phone number where you can be reached by phone.

Take care and stay safe,

Ms. A. Pennick
