Important Voting Information

Mail-in Ballots: If you have requested a mail-in ballot, you should receive it shortly from the County Clerk. Our Ballot Drop Box in front of Borough Hall is now open. It is secure and under surveillance. If you have not already requested a mail-in ballot and wish to receive one, complete the application form at https://www.co.somerset.nj.us/home/showpublisheddocument/458/637528031080300000. The County Clerk's Office must receive your application form seven days (October 26) prior to the November 2 election. What's different with this election is that you may not return a mail-in ballot to your polling place. If you receive a mail-in ballot, you may not vote in person.

Voter Registration: The deadline to register to vote is October 12th. You can register online at

https://nj.gov/state/elections/voter-registration.shtml

Early Voting: This is new for this year's General Election. There are six locations in Somerset County where early voting will take place from October 23rd to October 31st. The six locations are Bridgewater, Franklin, Hillsborough, Montgomery, North Plainfield and Warren. Any Somerset County resident can vote at any of these locations. For addresses and hours, click on https://nj.gov/state/elections/vote-early-voting.shtml.

In addition to the No-Show event, they are holding a 50/50 raffle and an online silent auction with lots of unique and exciting items. A few are listed below. You can see the complete list at https://www.32auctions.com/bvfoundationfundraiser or https://www.bernardsvillelibrary.org. 50/50 tickets can be purchased at the Bernardsville Library.
