A Note from the Principal
-Are you interested in helping volunteer to help teachers? We are looking to bring back a volunteer position(s) where individuals come to school on specified days and make copies or put together packets for teachers. Volunteers must wear a mask and be Virtus certified prior to volunteering. Interested individuals can contact Mr. Luetkemeyer or Mrs. Robinson.
-We have had a volunteer to help with the Yearbook, but could still use other individuals who would like to serve on a yearbook committee to help. Please contact Mr. Luetkemeyer if interested.
-Please note that Parent-Teacher Conference registration was sent earlier today and can also be found in a lower section of the News and Notes.

2020 Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences
K-8TH GRADES Parent Teacher Conferences are September 24 and 25. School will dismiss at 2:15 on September 24 and there will be no school on September 25. Thursday conferences are 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. and Friday conferences are 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Child care is not provided during conferences other than for those enrolled in aftercare which ends at 5:30. Conferences will take place in each teacher’s classroom (including middle school). We do ask that each parent wear a mask and we will have desks set up to allow sufficient social distancing between the teacher and parents. Middle School We realize that since every middle school teacher teaches almost every middle school student, there are not enough spots for every parent to see every teacher. If you feel like you need a conference and there are no more spots for a particular teacher, reach out to us and we will determine how to best solve this issue. How To Schedule a Conference Once again we will be utilizing the Pick a Time on-line scheduling system. Please understand that these two days are set aside for conferences. It can be a convenient time to take a long weekend trip; however, teachers will not be available to reschedule conferences should you choose to be gone on these days. Conference scheduling will open at 09/13/2020 at 7:00 PM and will close on 09/23/2020 at 3:00 PM. You will not be able to schedule before this time Sunday.
