My 5 Healthy Habits

Exercising Regularly

Every day, I go out to the barn and ride one to two horses every single day for a whole year.

Eating Fruit

Every day i get some sort of fruit to give me more energy through out the day.

Getting a full night sleep

Every night I get a full night sleep so I have plenty of energy for the day

Staying Clean

I wash my hands every day and I change my clothes every day. I brush my teeth in the morning and at night and i wash my face before I go to sleep.

Having A Strong Focus On My Goals

At the moment I am studying for my next level in horse back riding. I dream of becoming a contender in the Olympics and winning the gold meddle. I have heroes and helpers along my side to help me reach my goal.
