live longer. live stronger. live better.

heart attack (myocardial infraction)

A medical condition where the circulation of the blood to the heart is severely affected in which the coronary arteries are blocked by a blood clot or plaque build up along the coronary arteries wall.

Tip #1 limit salt intake

Salt intake increases your risk of developing heart attack. It is recommended that each human being consumes 500-2400 mg a day. Too much salt may lead to hypertension (high blood pressure).
