Book Summary

Molly Parker is a 12 year old girl who goes to Prescott Middle School in Boston. She just moved there after her mom died from cancer. Before her mom died she wanted to tell her the truth about her dad that she never met. Her mom told her that her dad was a famous basketball player that plays for the Boston Celtics. Molly found out that her dad was one of her favorite NBA players, Josh Cameron. After her mother died she went to go live with her moms best friend Barbara Evans. Josh Cameron didn't even know that he had a child and when Molly sneaks into the parking lot of the Celtics and tells him that her mom died and she is his daughter. So now Josh has to take a big responsibility to take care of one of his kids. Molly wants to get to know her dad but Josh doesn't think that Molly is his daughter. Molly will see how things go.

He plays for the Boston Celtics and is a nice guy on camera but kind of mean off. He only worries about himself and money. But josh is about to get one of the biggest surprise in his life, his has a daughter. Now Josh has to step up his game and be more responsible.
