Staff Weekly Newletter
11/18-11/22
Talks with your Director, Miss. Lisa!
I would like to invite you to take a moment and sit with me twice a year to touch base. During this time we can discuss your current successes and challenges, concerns, inquire about job responsibilities, and provide suggestions on ways I can help improve our preschool home.
These meetings are not required (this year) and are not intended to be longer than 15 minutes. You are welcome to schedule an appointment with me on Friday December 20. Refreshments will be provided and you will be compensated for your time.
I will send out sign up times next month so keep your eyes open!
Miss. Lisa
Licensing Regulation Reminder: Care and Supervision
- Last week at Crown we had a classroom scare but the staff's close supervision provided insight that the concern was not observed.
- Also last week at Crown a child from the playground wondered back into the classroom and was not seen doing so by any of the staff outside. The child was escorted back to the playground by the teacher. This is a serious lack of supervision so please keep your eyes open and constantly scanning.
