Dear Thacher Families:

It's hard to believe we're already starting to look towards the next school year. If you have neighbors or know anyone who lives in Attleboro and has a child who will by 5 by September 1st, please let them know that we will be hosting a Kindergarten Information Night right after break (see the flyer below).

I hope you all have a nice week off and as a reminder, we'll be continuing our tradition of returning from break with a PJ/Cozy Day on Monday, Feb. 27th.

March 2nd is National Read Across America Day! Our school will be recognizing this special day, which started back in 1998 by the National Education Association, with a number of activities and a new challenge to foster excitement in reading. We are looking for volunteers to come and read to our students. Families are invited to visit your child's classroom and read a book of your choice. This is on a first come first serve basis. There will be 2 slots per day for each class room. 1 reader from 9:00- 9:15 and a 2nd reader from 9:15-9:30!
