A Note from the Principal
In a few days, we will be emailing out our Centennial invitation to our school alumni who have registered on our Alumni site. We know that there are many more alumni whose email addresses we do not have. Because we would like to let all our alum, family and friends know about our upcoming celebration, I would like to ask every parent to reach out to one or more families and invite them to join you at our Gala on Feb. 1. If you would like a hard copy of our invitation, please let me know and I can send one home with your child. Please remind them that we will have our Centennial Mass celebration the next day, Feb. 2 at 11:00 followed by our school's Open House. Classrooms will be set up to welcome Alumni Classes for each of the 10 decades. If anyone has any memorabilia that they would like to display, please let me know. We will take good care of it and get it back to the owner at the end of the day.
CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION 100 YEARS
SAVE THE DATE!!! Our Centennial Gala will be held on February 1, 2020 to celebrate our 100 years of educating students in the Catholic tradition. The venue for this event is the Embassy Suites Hotel in the beautiful Waterfront of Burlingame. There will be a reception on Friday night for those staying at the hotel that night. On Sunday, the celebration will culminate in Mass and Open House starting at 11:00 For tickets and more info., see the Centennial website.

We have raised nearly $30,000! Thank you to all who have logged into PledgeStar to enter donations as well as contacts of family and friends for pledges. If you have not turned in your child's Walk-a-thon Permission Form, please do so ASAP. Forms are available for download from the SAPTO page in the Parents' Corner of St. Anne's website, and hard copies are located in the school's copy room. Please remember to complete the VIRTUS training and fingerprinting if you are volunteering for this event.

Oct 24 - Deadline for match gifts to arrive; submit match requests ASAP to ensure your employer has time to process and send payment to St. Anne

Parish Festival - October 25-27
Parish Festival raffle tickets have raised over $8K so far! The following classes are eligible for an ice cream party for most tickets sold by 10/18/19: 5th grade (29 books); 7-2 and 4th grade (tied with 26 books); and 1st grade (25 books). Families who sell 5+ books by 10/18/19 also qualify for a special $100 raffle. Please RETURN any unsold tickets to Therese Van Steen, c/o Aileen Ward (5th grade).

VIRTUS Online Training and Fingerprints Compliance
Starting this school year, EVERY PARENT who is planning to volunteer for field trips, retreats, overnights, library, health room, reading programs, or any other school/parish activity which involves being with students, must complete the VIRTUS ONLINE training AND be fingerprinted. Please complete the course and fingerprints as soon as possible so that there are no delays with your participation in school functions. Remember to select “SCHOOL” when registering at https://www.virtusonline.org/virtus/ to help us verify your compliance.
Parents who have completed the course but have not completed fingerprints have been placed in an "Inactive" module until fingerprints are complete. If you have any questions, please email Mrs. Perez at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated!
