How can it already be Labor Day weekend?! Summer, once again, has flown by. I hope you all had a leisurely, fun filled summer and were able to relax and just enjoy the slow pace of the season. The beauty of the end of summer is that it allows all of us to start fresh for September and focus on re-engaging our business to a level that suits our life and our wallet! If there is ever a time to load up your fall calendar, it's now. A few tips below to make the most of Q4 and finish August strong!

Take Advantage of our Labor Day Sale

Many of you are close to qualifying this month ($500 retail sales) and accruing business supply credits and plenty of you are super close to hitting 30% commission. Don't leave 5% on the table - put it in your wallet instead! How? Reach out to your hostesses and customers TODAY to let them know about the Labor Day sale. Post on FB, email your VIP customers and connect with your August hostesses and customers to let them know about the sale - your August hostesses can earn more free product credit and your September hostesses and customers can get a head start at a great price! All orders need to be entered by tomorrow night at 11pm EST to qualify for August sales. It's so worth making an extra push over the next 24 hours to finish August strong.

Invite a Potential Stylist to Attend the MSD at Bootcamp in September!

She is welcome to sign up and stay for Bootcamp - talk about hands on training right when they join! There are Bootcamps happening all over the US and UK so reach out to those women you know near and far and invite them to attend. If they register by 9/2 they will receive the Wanderlust wrap. September is THE month to join with incredible momentum of Q4 for the next 4 months!


If YOU haven't registered already for Bootcamp - NOW IS THE TIME! I drove 3 hours to attend my first Bootcamp and it catapulted by business tenfold. Whether you attended Hoopla or not, this is a great opportunity for you to get hands on training by your local leaders to set you up for success for Q4 and beyond!

Our Stella Divas FB is an open forum for all team members to post questions, ideas, kudos, challenges or successes and welcoming new teammates to the group. I often post team incentives, news from the home office and weekly team videos so please check in often. If you are not a already a member, please email me and I will add you ASAP.


Also, it's a good idea to log into the Stella & Dot website and visit the home page on a daily basis regardless if you have trunk shows on the books. Plenty of daily updates from the tech/marketing and training dept that you don't want to miss. Also, the weekly video Buzz on Tuesday gives you the most up to date information from the home office. Need a little support in areas you find difficult? Then jump on the SDU tab and watch some videos on booking from scratch, the group hello or the confident close. It's worth skipping an hour of reality TV viewing and instead watch some great videos that will help move your business forward.



What Is Your WHY for Q4?

Think about what you want to get out of the next 4 months. Maybe it's having a stress-free holiday season with no outrageous credit card bills or maybe it's saving up some money to visit family/friends or paying off some debt OR treating yourself to those fabulous boots or winter coat you've been eyeing. Whatever it is, you can obtain your goals IF you set yourself up for success NOW. How? Refresh your Who Do You Know list, set aside some focused, uninterrupted office hours and don't get distracted by FB, emails or unloading the dishwasher. Want 4-6 trunk show on the books for September and $1500 in your wallet? Then you will need to pick up the phone and call 10/20/30/40 women. Is that daunting? Only if you don't break it down into an incremental tasks. If you called just 10 people a day you would most likley have 5 trunk shows in 5 days. Take it from me, don't hide behind email or FB to try and book a trunk show. People want to have a personal connection and that requires hearing your voice or seeing your face. I don't want you to miss out on our biggest selling season of the year so do what you can NOW to create your ideal trunk show calendar and focus on your WHY.
