Lithuania and its history
Lithuania joined the European Union in 2004. Lithuania was not one of the founders of the European Union. At the end of the 14th century Lithuania was the largest state in Europe. An alliance with Lithuania and Poland led to the two states forming one single state in 1569.

The capital city of Lithuania is Vilnius. Some other major cities to visit is Klaipeda,Panevezys, and Trakai.
Trakai castle attracks a lot of people cause it is a religios place.
Klaipeda has a coastal area wich attracks a lot of people.
Lithuania is mostly flat and has low hills. It as 60 miles of coastline, also it has 32.8% of forest.
Lithuania is a Parliamentary democracy, it is when the executive branch drives the democratic legitimacy.
Lithuania used Litas or LT. Litas were first introduced in 1922.
Some interesting facts are that Lithuania is about 65300 kilometers. Lithuania is a very religious place.
