Obesity and its effects

What is obesity?

Obesity clinically means to weigh 20% more than average, but it can just mean to have an excess proportion of total body fat. Being obese can lead to a series of different health issues.

Long Term Effects

The lon term effects of obesity can vary between different people and will affect each person differently. Some of the effects are strokes, cancer, sleep apnea, metabolic syndrome, high colesterol, and type 2 diabetes. Other effects are liver and gallbladder disease, osteoarthritis, dyslipidemia, and gynaecological problems
