"You Can't Stop The Music"
Kelis has been teaching her dance routine to her friends. We looked for these oddie but goodie musics like Agadoo from Black Lace, Disney the theme song, and Can't Stop the Music from The Village People to learn the dance and its amazing how these old songs influence and inspire them in dancing and singing!
After few rehearsal, they invited their friends and teachers to watch their show.
"Ag-a-doo-doo-doo, push pineapple, shake the tree
Aga-doo-doo-doo, push pineapple, grind coffee
To the left, to the right, jump up and down and to the knees
Come and dance every night, sing with a hula melody

Christmas Tree (Pasting)
We were making Christmas tree. Dinata needs a lot of it for our Kinder Room.
We concentrated very well. We used our imagination and showed that we improved our creativity.
Each of us created a unique and different Christmas tree.
Most of us could explain and tell the process of making this tree.
Look at our concentration face.
We could make scary but fun Christmas tree as well, example vampire and santa or even star wars Christmas Tree.
cut here and there then stick here and there.
We are so proud with our Christmas tree and we know that we put effort on it.
So all of us decide to bring it to home, for our mum and dad. Sorry Dinata.
Face Painting
Yeah we learn by copying others actions. Last weekend we had face painting on our Christmas Party. Maryam and Malaika played dramatic experience and they also offered face painting service to others.
Aeroplane
We showed others how to build an aeroplane from blocks. Andrew, Joshua M, Tidiane and Orlando worked together. Andrew added jet engines and gun on each wing. Sebastian was interested and observed our play.
Transition Time
Next year most of toddlers will move to kinder. We have a lot of transition time for them. It is going very well. Elizabeth is playing next to her big brother (Joshua)
More exploring time for Elizabeth, Nina, Anya and Cya at kinder room.
We have a lot of art and craft activity related with Christmas. We made Christmas note card.
We wrote words on it, put some sticker and drew it. We are very good at it now.
Santa Making
Our teacher Trupti provided us with a creative activity. We made Santa face from paper plate. We (inculding Trupti) were learning making it together; she read the instruction and explained it to us.
We extended the Santa Making experience by making a small version for our Christmas Tree. We added body, hands and legs (hmm we made paper puppet a while ago)
So most of us could do the experiment by ourself with less assistance from our teachers. Dinata is very pleased with our improvement and achievement.
We also could make other art and craft project. Zachary and Nick were making Christmas tree from triangle shapes.
Jacob participated with our Craft project. He extend his learning by listening the instruction, such as: "cut it into half" or "cut it into quarter".
Anya and Aditya were playing legos at our kinder.
We were playing with cars and the tracks. Yep! we could arrange the tracks and made the traffic "smooth" and clear. We did very well.
We play together with friends (yes less play time with our teachers). Meg and Eve requested a dice and they played a board game. With this activity they also learned counting and numbers.
Diella was interested and also joining the play.
Some of us wanted to make Santa. Zac, Nic and Chelsea showed Trupti their art skills. Trupti was impressed with their excitement of the project.
Lily chose to make a Christmas Angel. She also extended her knowledge about full circle, half circle and quarter circle. Well-done Lily.
Andy Time
We are pleased that almost every morning and afternoon Andi always reads us some stories. Thank you so much Andi, keep reading us stories please.
Art Time
Do you know that most of us enjoy art time? We could do or creating a lot of things from open ended materials, such as boxes, bottles and scrap paper.
Imaginary play
Chi Kien and Joshua P were making horse track. They said that it was for racing and also for playing together.
