Techniques on how to keep safe while driving
1. Don't Speed: Speeding is a factor in about one out of three fatal crashes.
2. Wear your seat belt: Seat belts save lives. Seat belts cause less impact during crashes.
3. Don't drink and drive: Drinking and driving causes and accident about every 30 minutes.
4. Don't text and drive: Texting and driving makes it four times as likely to crash.
5. Don't drive when your too old: The biggest percentage of crashes happen to people 65 and older.
6. Don't drive too late at night: The crash rate is 3 times higher after 9:00 p.m.
7. Don't carry too many passengers: The risk of a crash is higher when the driver is carrying more passengers rather than less.
8. Don't run red lights: Running red lights increases the crash rate.
9. The top 10 causes to a crash are:
1. distracted driving,
2. speeding,
3. drunk driving,
4. reckless driving,
5. rain,
6. running red lights,
7. running stop signs,
8. teenage drivers,
9. night driving,
10. design defects.
Drinking and driving
Drinking and driving is bad. You can die. When you drink, you lose the ability to focus and function properly.

Texting and driving
Don't text and drive. It can kill you. When you text and drive you are a motorist who divert your attention away from the road and onto your phone.

Don't speed. It will kill you. The faster you drive, the slower your reaction time is.

Dont drive when your so old. More accidents happen when your old. The age when you should consider hanging up the driving career is 65+.
