Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership
Attention Sophomores every year Hopewell-Loudon sends one student to represent our school at the Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership Seminar. Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership is one of the oldest and most prominent youth leadership organizations in the world. The seminar is for the student who feels they are a strong leader, has the courage to speak up for their beliefs, has concern for others, and is interested in improving their skills in critical thinking, goal setting and would like to realize the importance of enhancing their leadership skills. Please see Mrs. Hendrix in the guidance office for an application.
Attention students grades 7-12 Next Year! We are having our annual CCP (College Credit Plus) meeting in the Auditoria on
November 1st at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be presented by Mr. David Janik, Director of Pre-College Programs at Bowling Green State University! Mr. Janik will present how CCP works and what you need to do to be eligible to participate in the program. Representative from Bowling Green State University, Heidelberg University, Tiffin University, Findlay University, Owens Community College, Terra Community College and Sentinel Career Center will be available for students and parents to ask questions.
