Remember if you email me after hours or over the weekend, I will not respond until the next business day. Students please make sure you are logging into Village Virtual and Niswonger (AP students ONLY) daily to ensure no missing assignments are accruing. PLEASE READ THE ACADEMIC INTEGRITY POLICY SO THAT YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH IT!!

THIS NOT MANDATORY!
This is a time where students can check in with me about grades, academic support, etc. but nothing personal because other students may be present. Take advantage of this opportunity and one-on-one time within a small setting.

Transcript Request form
All CVA students must fill out the form for all transcript request. REMEMBER: The first transcript request is FREE but all others are $3 each time a request is submitted. Send a receipt copy to me that you have paid.

Driver License Compulsory Attendance form
The Tennessee State Compulsory Attendance Law (T.C.A. ยง49-6-3001 and T.C.A. ยง49-6-2007) requires that pupils of legal age attend school (ages of six and seventeen years, both inclusive) unless special circumstances arise which temporarily or permanently excuse the student from attendance. This also applies to five (5) year old students who have attended school for six (6) weeks.
