The Importance of Hand Washing

Washing your hands properly
Food safety requires good hygiene. Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with warm soapy water. Scrub between your hands, between your fingers and under you fingernails. Use a paper towel to turn off the faucet. dry you hands with clean towel or air blower.
Wash Your Hands:
-Before preparing food or setting a table
-Between handling different foods
-After touching raw food ( meat fish or eggs )
-After cleaning applications or dishes
-After handling garbage or laundry
-After using the restroom or changing diapers
-After using or touching technology or animals
-After couching, sneezing,blowing your nose,or touching your face ,hair,skin or a sore
