Trunk or Treat 2022 - Event Information

We're so excited for Trunk or Treat on Friday 10/21! Here's important information to help arrive, trunk or treat safely, and most importantly have fun!

Trunkers:
It's very important that all vehicles/trunks are set up by 4:30-4:45pm in the main parking lot by Stettin's front office to avoid any moving vehicles when children start showing up. PTO members will greet you at the entrance on 56th parking lot and they will direct you where to park.

Treaters:

Limited parking is available in the teacher parking lot, off Stettin Drive. Please avoid the south end of the lot due to construction. If that lot is full please look for off-street parking in the area. Trunk or treating goes from 5-6pm.

W.ildly I.mportant G.oals

We're "wigging out" at Stettin!

Did you know that a W.I.G. is a "Wildly Important Goal"?

Throughout this school year, we will be learning about setting our own Wildly Important Goals and the importance of lead action steps.

A "lead action step" is something we will do differently in order to meet our "wildly important goal".

To begin this work, our staff members have set their own personal W.I.G.s and lead action steps. We have shared them with our students and asked them to be our "accountability partners".

Stay tuned to learn more about our progress.

PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES BEGIN NEXT WEEK

DATES: Wednesday, October 26, 2022

12:30 pm - 7:30pm

Thursday, November 3, 2022

3:45pm - 7:30pm

To select a time slot for your conference, click on the link and follow the prompts:

https://ptcfast.com/schools/Stettin_Elementary_School

Once you have registered with PTCfast.com, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to schedule your student conference day and time. You are able to schedule with classroom and encore teachers as well as our certified staff.

Due to the large number of conferences, we are requesting that parents, whose children live in more than one household, work together to schedule one conference time for your child. If additional conferences are needed, we would wait until all families have had a chance to schedule at least one conference before assigning a second one.

It is important for parents/guardians to stay in touch with their child's teachers. Conferences give you the opportunity to meet and ask questions.

If you need assistance, please contact Mrs. Steffen at 715-261-0205

or msteffen@wauschools.org.
