Dress Up

Students can wear costumes to school on Wednesday, October 30th. Remember that we have young preschoolers and kindergarteners attending Ladd; therefore, costumes should not be overly scary. If you think it's too scary, it probably is. Costumes must adhere to district dress code. NO weapons of any kind can be brought to school. Students can wear masks during our festivities, but NOT before school, during learning times, or after school.

If you have not signed up for conferences, contact your child's teacher. They sent you a link to sign up online. Rhonda can also help you sign up. Conferences are Thursday the 31st and Friday the 1st. There is NO SCHOOL on these days.

Book Themed Pumpkin Decorating Contest

The library is hosting a book and reading themed pumpkin (or gourd) decorating contest. Please, carve, decorate, paint or bedazzle a pumpkin anyway you would like. There will be one winner for primary, intermediate and middle grade levels. Submissions will be accepted immediately so we can enjoy them all month! Judging will be at the Fall Festival October 26th and the winner will be announced Monday morning the 28th! If you have any questions please contact Ms. Rambo, thank you!
