About Craig Hooson

A growth-oriented finance executive with a background in the biotech industry, Craig Hooson currently serves Tatum, LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia, by providing finance consulting including SEC reporting, process changes, cash-flow analyses and by providing change-management.

Before accepting this position, Craig worked for Chemtura Agrosolutions, based in Atlanta, as the divisional chief financial officer. During his tenure with the Chemtura AgroSolutions firm, he helped restructure a poorly performing part of the company and improved the financial controls globally.

Earlier in his career, Craig Hooson served in similar positions at Astrazeneca, Emergent Biosolutions, Inc., and Rolls-Royce, PLC.

In preparation for his business career, Craig Hooson enrolled at Pepperdine University, from which he received his master of business administration. Later, he secured a master of science in finance from Johns Hopkins University. As an undergraduate, Mr. Hooson studied at Southampton University, where he earned a bachelor of science in engineering with honors.

When not working, Mr. Hooson stays active in his broader community by contributing to nonprofit organizations like Walk for the Cure and Relay for Life that are dedicated to cancer research and treatment.
