ENJOY YOUR SPRING BREAK!
School resumes on Monday, April 6, 2015 and it will be a full day for students.
We are sad to say 'farewell' to Venetia but we wish her and her family all the best as they begin an exciting adventure in Japan.
VACATION HOMEWORK REMINDER
As we discussed at our parent conference, I am asking all students to continue working on their cursive book and complete before we return. I am also asking students to log onto Achieve 3000 as much as possible over this break. For those who needed the extra practice (whether on geometry, fluency, or math facts) it was sent home with your child Friday. As always, your child's academic progress is due to the partnership at home and school and I appreciate all your support.
WE HAD A LOT OF FUN PLAYING ON OUR TRIP TO THE PARK. IT WAS A GREAT WAY TO CELEBRATE ALL OUR HARD WORK IN QUARTER 3!
CVESD is conducting an online parent survey that has been extended through Friday, March 27th, to learn more about your experiences and your child(ren’s) experiences at school with teachers, administrators, students, and other district staff. All responses are anonymous and will never be connected to you. Your answers will be kept strictly confidential. Reporting will rely on grouped percentages only. If both parents/guardians in a household would like to take the survey, that is fine. However, we ask that each adult only take the survey once, and do so by March 27h, 2015.
