Happy New Year!
This has accomplished quite a few things: Increase in positive behavior on the playground, safer school, improving teamwork, and it highlights positive student behavior!
We also continue to work toward our school goals in line with our district strategic plan. These goals outline supporting our students academically (through achievement and growth) and emotionally through our learning community goals! Our educators and our students have been working hard in and out of the classroom and we are so proud of the growth we have seen!
This month we learned about Martin Luther King Jr. as we celebrate his dream for us all to live in peaceful harmony with each other, regardless of race or the differences between us!
Students continue to lead our daily announcements, and show leadership in so many ways! In looking at our data, we are excited to see how much the students are growing! As we reset for a great second half of the year, we thank you for your continued partnership in educating all our students and thank you for sharing them with us!
It is time for 4K registration! If you have a child (or know of someone) turning 4 by September 1st, 2023, please see below for the information to register!
Finally, the Board of Education determined we will have an operational referendum question on the ballot in April. We also know this is a VERY busy time for families. You will see a link for absentee voting which may help! Please exercise your right to vote (and set a great example for our students too!).
This letter is jam packed with great information and resources. Please see below and enjoy!
