Creating online assessment materials using... Google Forms
Google Forms enables the user to incorporate images, video and text, before listing a series of questions which, if set as multiple choice, allow the creator to set automated feedback for the student to complete. There are further Forms add-ons that can be used that enable you to send out automatically with areas for the student to focus on as a result of their assessment score.

You can see part of an activity I set-up for them during one lesson that would enable them to populate the same document at the same time, produce a short joint video reflection, and analyse a poem (this part is unfortunately no longer accessible) but would have shown the students replying to one another's analysis - adding to it or countering it as they saw fit.
