Procedures to Transition from Full-time Remote Learning to In-Person Services.
Students who elect a full-time remote leaning option can return to the in-person hybrid option with a written request from the parent/guardian ONE MONTH prior to their return to in-person learning.
PLEASE USE THE FORM BELOW.
During the transition, there will be:
○ communication regarding procedures involved in the hybrid model,
○ consultation with a school counselor and/or the case manager if the child is a student with disabilities,
○ a determination of transportation/busing needs,
○ materials needed for in-person instruction, and
○ assurance that adequate personal protective equipment is available to attend school in person.
i-Ready Parent Reports- Coming Soon!
Parents reports will be mailed as soon as these are completed.
Students can use the i-Ready login to access their personal learning path in both Reading and Math based on the results of the most recent diagnostic. Teachers will be utilizing the i-Ready platform to assign differentiated lessons to students to target specific skills.

2nd GradeELA: Reading - Bremen Town Musicians and we are working on cause and effect and using our vocabulary words to write a story. MATH: We are using strategies like open number lines and change-to-more math stories to solve addition problems. SS/SCI: SS - Economics - We are learning how to identify goods and services and the differences between them. | 3rd GradeELA: Reading - A New Life and working on common and proper nouns. MATH: Multiplication: We are really using our multiplication fact triangles. SS/SCI: Social Studies: We are researching and writing about a continent we would like to visit! | 4th GradeELA: Reading -Coyote School News and learning about irregular plurals. Writing - We are working on writing a How-to-Essay MATH: We are comparing fractions using three different strategies! SS/SCI: We are learning about the American Revolution and the U.S. Constitution. We even did a Constitution Escape Room! |

Daily COVID Questionnaire - Starting on February 1st
As we did in November, parents must complete a Daily COVID form in Realtime by 7:30 AM - prior to sending their child(ren) to school. Students will NOT be allowed into their classroom until it is completed for the safety of all students. You will receive a phone call from the school if it is not completed. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
If your Daily COVID Questionnaire response necessitates a remote day, please call or email the nurse's office for attendance purposes.
