Spring 2016 Online
Greetings, friends! I am thrilled for the opportunity to facilitate our journey of discovery about how leaders influence others within organizational contexts. One of the reasons I love the study of leadership is that it provides insight into multiple contexts: ministry, family, nonprofits, business, education, governance and more!
Having served in ministry and higher education leadership for over 20 years, I hope to provide a broad view of challenges and opportunities within diverse organizations. The purpose of this course is to provide perspectives on leadership models, organizational structures, behaviors and cultures, along with tools for leading in global contexts and principles for initiating organizational change.
My belief is that you will learn just as much from each other as you will from the course content! I look forward to the rich insights each of you will provide.
Please begin by completing the Jessup Online Student Orientation (if you haven't already). Next, download and review the course syllabus thoroughly. This is the roadmap which sets our trajectory for the coming weeks. Do not hesitate to contact me with questions along the way and I am honored to share this journey with you! I am also available to meet virtually or at Jessup’s Rocklin campus if you would like to connect. Blessings, and “see” you online,
