Notes From the Teacher
Tomorrow is our trip to Lincoln Carver Farm! The bus will leave school about 9:00. We plan on leaving the farm about 1:00 so we can return to school about 1:30. Please be sure to dress appropriately.
Grade cards will be sent home next Thursday, the last day of school. It is also an early dismissal day! School will dismiss at 12:00!
If your child earned a Six Flags ticket for the Read to Succeed program, they will be sent home with grade cards on the last day of school.
Don't throw away your hangtags! Just a reminder that we will only be providing hangtags to our kindergarteners and new families next year. Replacement hangtags for those lost will be available for $1 each. You can help to be sure they are easily readable in the fall by tracing over your name with a black permanent marker. Please us all capital letters and use the whole space provided so that it will easily be readable. Store you hangtags in your glove compartment so that they are protected from light and kept safe until next school year. Thanks for your help!

The weather is getting warmer! While sandals and flip flops are fun to wear in warm weather, they aren't safe shoes for recess and p.e. This time of year, our schedule changes so we need to be prepared with tennis shoes everyday!
The best way to contact me during the day is by email. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have. I check my email frequently throughout the day. firstname.lastname@example.org
