Reflection

When your dreams are deferred, you look beyond. You widen your horizon and you figure out how to achieve. You don't sit alone in the dark and feel sorry for yourself, you accept your loss and try again. Where would Martin Luther King Jr. have gone if it weren't for persistence? Nelson Mandela? Oprah Winfrey? People like that don't accept the deferral of their dreams, they pursue other means of reaching their goals. That is how you win and that is how you rise above.
