We Belong Here!
Good day, Falcons! We hope you had a chance to take a “break” during Spring Break. We are beginning distance learning, and the break was a good time to find out what is working for you and what needs to be adjusted. Reach out if you need help with ideas on how you can stay balanced, engaged, and positive. You cannot learn if you are stressed. Your mental wellbeing is just as important as your academics, if not more so. Remember, counseling and student support services are here to help you with distance learning, coping skills while at home, and supporting you and your family during this unprecedented period. Also, we want you to know your privacy is very important and our interactions will be confidential.
We are all in this together to help and support one another.
Big Hugs,
Ms. Bohn, Mr. Lightner, Mrs. Mathews, Ms. Stromberg, and Mr. Tahapary
Mindful Moment
The Mindful Schools program has created ten (10) free mindfulness classes for kids! Join us online – for mindful activities, mindful movement, and read -alouds. Let’s have fun exploring mindfulness together. Mindful Schools is designing online mindfulness classes with students in mind. AND please know students and adults of all ages are welcome to participate. We are aware many families are away from school and work. We hope this is a resource our families will enjoy together
