Because learning is always double-coded—both cognitively (based on the content) and emotionally (based on the relationship)—relationships enhance or detract from learning. Emotions are the motivation for learning. When learning is attached to emotion, it is remembered longer. It is also make it more relevant, as it is tied to the human experience."

- As we are getting into the indicator portion of the evaluations, once you receive an email that I have written on your indicators, then you have 5 days to respond. Just wanted to make sure you are aware and please let me know if you have any questions or anything.
- Also, please simply shoot me an email when you are 100% completed with your conferences. I always turn those numbers into the district. Thanks.
