Good Luck to the Boys Basketball Team!
WINTER SPORTS BANQUET!
The 2020 Winter Sports Banquet will be held on Tuesday, March 17 in the SHS Commons 6-8 PM. Each athlete on his/her winter sports teams will provide the following:
Boys and girls swim and wrestling - each athlete is to bring a dessert.
Cheer and boys and girls basketball - each athlete is to bring a vegetable dish or some sort of side dish.
The meal will begin at 6 PM. The awards program will begin at about 7:00 PM. All team members will stay in the Commons during the awards presentation. Out of respect for other athletes on the other teams, please wait to leave until the end of the banquet.
Band of Warriors State Solo & Ensemble Results
On Saturday, February 29th, several students from the Band of Warriors traveled to Indianapolis North Central High School to participate in the ISSMA State Solo & Ensemble Festival. Our students did extremely well! Here are the full results:

In order to perform/qualify for ISSMA State Solo & Ensemble, a soloist or ensemble must enter in Group 1 (hardest level) at the District Level and receive a Gold Rating. A “With Distinction” is a special add-on award for soloists and ensembles that receive a certain score or better.

Driver's Education Registration Summer 1/Summer 2

Driver Education Registration
May 21st - June 5th (3:30pm-6:30pm)
June 29th - July 10th (10am-1pm)
The complete course is $400. This includes class instruction and driving time. Classes will meet 3:30pm to 6:30pm or 10am - 1pm, see above. Driving times will be scheduled with the instructor after class time is completed. Space is limited.
Half the registration fee is due at the time of registration. The remaining balance is due at the end of the classroom part of the driver’s education course.
Students registering for the course must meet the minimum age requirements as outlined by the BMV.
Students will be accepted on a “first come-first serve” basis, with students attending Scottsburg High School receiving first consideration.
