Senior Girls Breakfast Event
Year 6 girls and their parents are invited to a breakfast morning at Senior Girls on Wednesday 5 October. Any girls whose parents cannot attend will continue lessons as normal. If you have not responded, please email marketing@clairescourt.com by the end of today.
Cyber Safety Talk
Thank you to Paul Hay for giving a talk to parents about issues relating to cyber safety, and to those parents who attended.
Paul provides a number of useful resources for parents on his website. A digital copy of the Digital Parenting magazine that he handed out can be found here.
One piece of practical advice that was mentioned during the evening was that parents invest in a good old fashioned alarm clock for their children. This solves their apparent "need" to have a phone / device in their room overnight as an alarm clock, and thus has the added benefit of taking away the temptation to check their phones when they should be getting a good night's sleep!
Monday 3 October - MFL Information Evening
A reminder that this starts at 6pm at CCSG - please enter via the Atrium entrance where you will be met and directed to the appropriate room
