There was one called the Step Pyramides, that had large ledges, so often that they look like huge steps. Archeologist think that the steps were fot the pharaoh to climb to the sun god. Later pyramides had slooping aand flat sides. The sun god stood on the mound and created the other gods.

In a great palace, the pharahos wakes up with one of his wifes. Then a servant comes in the room and prepares them, he and his wife. The servants wash him in a room with drains in the floor. He was the protector of women, and of the entretainers of children. When protecting the women it was firt of all in the birth. Because acient egyptians thought that the children and the women were most at risk of the evil. He had many roles as protecter. That was a very occupated and difficult job. But at the same time it was very important. He recieved a lot of respect from the faraoh. The faraoh thought thet if they did not respect him their children will die. And then they will die too. So Bes was very respected.
