Holiday Stress and How to Help Kids Dealing with Anxiety

Although many families look forward to the holiday season, it can be a time of stress for children who are already struggling with anxiety. Supported Decision Making (SDM) is a tool that can help people with disabilities understand and make decisions about their lives. Using this system, people with disabilities can make decisions to the full extent of their capacity even as they get needed support. Attend this free online training (with your teen) to learn more!

TOUR DE LIGHTS PRESENTED BY VISIT KNOXVILLE AND BIKE WALK KNOXVILLE

Knoxville, TN

Tour de Lights is a fun, free, family friendly holiday bike ride! This year, the ride will start at Suttree Landing Park and explore South Knoxville and the Island Home neighborhood before ending in Market Square. Participants are encouraged to get in the holiday spirit by decorating themselves and their bikes. The event engages neighborhoods and businesses, along with others who come out to view the festivities.

Bike Walk Knoxville and Visit Knoxville are excited for Tour de Lights 2022 - join us on Saturday, December 10 at 5:30pm!

Tech for Teens Club : A) Intro to Coding Virtual Reality
