Visit taiga biomes in the summer, when it isn't raining. There are lots of trees (pine and spruce) and animals (e.g. moose) , the average rainfall is between 12 and 33 inches. It can be as cold as -65 and as warm as 70 degrees fahrenheit. Here are some of the WORST (or scariest) features of the biome:
