What is an Otaku?
Otaku are people who are obsessed with anime, manga, and other Japanese stuff.
Symbolism
Anything ranging from anime/manga characters to Japanese text can be used as symbols for the Otaku subculture.
Technology
Otaku love videogames, and videogame consoles. More specifically, old ones, such as the SEGA Dreamcast and old Nintendo systems.
Language
Although Otaku are found all over the world, and speak many languages, many Otaku study Japanese, or know a few Japanese words.
