Learning Walks:
Part of our School Improvement Plan includes a goal of us getting out and observing/learning from each other more! Remember #ObserveMe, if you have never checked it out on Twitter consider checking it out! Many of you took the survey earlier this year that asked "If you could choose one area in which to grow between now and the end of the year, which one of the following would it be...?" We have grouped you based on the survey to observe colleagues who we feel can best meet your self-identified area of growth.
This short clip can help you know what to expect during this upcoming thirty minutes - Learning Walks. On April 18th and April 25th, teams will meet in the Conference Room for an introduction to the focus, walk through 3 classrooms briefly (no more than 5 minutes each), and then debrief for a few minutes-all in the space of 1/2 hour! We are arranging coverage for your rooms and the schedule is here. The form we will use for walkthroughs is here. IAs, your coverage schedule is here.
Any questions about the Learning Walk - please send to Christina/Larisa.
