Not knowing the laws is NO Excuse
Educate yourself on copyright laws and the ends and outs of Fair Use policy
It is important to make yourself aware of the legal and ethical end of the Fair Use policy, not only to protect yourself but also to protect others. Often with miss use of copyrighted property comes hefty fines and legal ramifications. Again not knowing the law is no excuse.
4 Factors for Fair Use

- The nature of the copyrighted work
