Discussed the budget still need to approve. So here is a look at what we think the year might hold.

Trick or Treat the School

We talked about needing a minimum of 12 volunteers.(Would like to have 24) 2 for each door. To set it up so everyone would go in a circle through the school and have approx. 13 stations to stop at. One of those stations would be a Photo Booth (we have Mike Hudgens Photography coming in to take pictures). We will need another volunteer or two to help. We sent out 1 flyer on Monday the 10th and will send another on the 18th. Any Candy donations need to be in no later than the 18th so we know what we have.

2.2 Fun Run

PTA talked to OCH on the 10th and they agreed to supply healthy snacks and Dixie cups for the run. We would also like to have a few volunteers to help with the run. Anyone interested let us know.

Fall Harvest /Carnival party

Taking place on November 19th from 1-4p.m. Going to have a DJ (cost $150) Will also have games, inflatables, equestrian cow roping (indoors), we will have a raffle and a silent action. Students can earn raffle tickets for having good attendance the week before the fall harvest. Mike Hudgens Photography will be at the Fall Harvest again to take pictures. Still talking to different businesses in the community to get donations for the raffle and auction.

Community Partners

We have talk to Crossways Baptist Church and they are very interested in helping with the events taking place at Fremont. They are willing to supply candy and volunteers for the trick or treat as well as inflatables for the fall harvest and there also wanting to do a coat drive for the school.
We also met with OCH and they are extremely interested in helping in anyway possible. We need to send info to OCH as to what we need. They are planning to help with everything.
