Resilience Survey Results

In October, all students were asked to complete a survey regarding resiliency. Our goal is to build resilient young adults by creating a culture that promotes connection, authenticity, and emotional/physical wellness. Results from the survey are being used to guide counseling and school-wide services. For example, the November Navigate lesson was designed to help students build positive relationships and communication skills. We are also offering a variety of small-group resource options in areas that the survey and student feedback have identified as high priority including: stress management, conflict resolution and problem solving, healthy relationships/communication, and organization and study skills.
