(McPherson,KS)

URGENT: DO YOU HAVE A PLACE TO STAY IN McPHERSON?

Rooms are selling out fast! If you are heading to the National Division II Basketball Tournament this spring, you should reserve a room right away.

To help, IHS has reserved 30 discounted double rooms at the Atrium Hotel (in Hutchison) on March 3rd - March 4th. Cost is as follows:

Double rooms $65 + tax ($75.41)

Family Suites $99 + tax (114.85)

Families who would like to take advantage of these rates and be with the group, will need to call 1-800-362-5018 and ask for a room with the IHS discount. Families will pay the hotel directly for rooms that they reserve.

CALL: 1-800-362-5081 (TELL THEM YOU ARE WITH IHS)

Atruim Hotel and Conference Center

1400 N Lorraine St

Hutchinson, KS 67501

NOTES: This is the place we stayed last year. It has a fun indoor pool area, lots of open space for gathering, Free breakfast, etc.

This hotel is about a 30 minute drive from most gyms we will play in. However everyone loved this location and situation better than anything we could find in McPherson.

Some families choose to stay over on Saturday night rather than come home late after the game. If you decide to do this, be sure to make the appropriate reservation with the hotel.

If you have more questions please call Christy Mitchell (785) 760-4947

- How robots work using electricity, motors, gears, pulleys, wheels, pneumatics and hydraulics.

- How school robotics teams are now run like sports teams, but for kids who like science (plus learn real-world hands-on STEM skills). And, you don’t need to attend a school to be in their after-school robotics program (It’s where all the Brainiacs hang out).

- Aurora will even guide your kids through building a working robot and give them plans for several more.

This will only be available online until Thursday night.
