Auction Donations Needed

Dear Friend of St. Hilary School,


On Saturday, May 22, 2021, St. Hilary School is hosting our annual auction, CELEBRATION OF 60 YEARS! On behalf of St. Hilary School, we invite you to become part of this evening by contributing an item to our silent or live auctions.


As a two-time recipient of the US Department of Education’s Blue-Ribbon Award for excellence in education, St. Hilary proudly celebrates a tradition of greatness in Catholic education for over 60 years. St Hilary School’s mission is to keep Christ at the center of all we do. In partnership with our parents and our parish community, we inspire our students through innovative and challenging academic experiences, to be leaders capable of making a positive change in the world.


As the cornerstone for all our annual fundraising, the proceeds from this event contribute to the operation of our school, providing necessary funding for campus improvements, academic programs, advancements in technology and curriculum development. The focus of this year’s Celebration will be to raise funds to renovate the main school entrance. We will be relocating the school office to the area where Sr. Carol Joy’s room was and enclose the walkway by the Jesus statue. This renovation will provide added security when entering the school building and provide improved social distancing in the main school hallway.


Celebration is made possible through the generosity of items donated to our silent and live auctions from businesses, families and friends. Donations may be made in the form of actual merchandise, certificates or services. As a donor, your name and donation will be listed on our BidPal auction site and displayed at the event. If you would like to help us financially support Celebration, we invite you to become one of our event sponsors or to advertise in our program. This program will be distributed to our entire school community.


To allow for proper acknowledgement of your donation, please complete the enclosed form and return it prior to April 30, 2021. We thank you for your consideration and appreciate your help in making this year’s Celebration a success.
