Jersey
Jersey's have the highest fat,protein contents and the richest milk.
Jerseys also have a lower milk yield then the other breeds.
The average mature weight for a jersey is 900 lbs. Produce 1,558 gallons of milk yearly.
If were to choose over the two i would pick the jersey.
why? though the milk yield is not as high i enjoy rich creamy milk. I also like that they are the smallest and average a few hundred pounds lighter than the others. I also like the fact that they are known to be very docile.
