A person's thinking, feeling or mood may affect and disrupt his ability to relate to others and function in daily life. In many ways this reflects rex walls. Because whatever way rex feels is the way he fuctions. when hes had a rough day he goes off and spends all his money on drinking. But generally when hes in a good mood hes very excitable and comes up with wild inventions. to distract from the struggles od their life.
civil disobedience is a public, non-violent and conscientious breach of law undertaken with the aim of bringing about a change in laws or government policies. the walls familly does not pay taxes they avoid debut collectors. non of these are violent but they are all against the law. THe parents of the walls familly also protest goverment in all sorts of ways that are not violent.
Addiction is based in the brain. It involves memory, motivation, and emotional state. The processes involved in these aspects of brain function have thus been logical targets for the search for genes that underlie risk for alcoholism. usaly in this story rex walls motivation is alcohol. he works get money but instead of supporting his familly he goes off and gets drunk.
This act could have helped he walls famlly have a stable home and food income. jeanette would not have had to go hungry and been able to attend school on a regular basis. Shelter Plus Care Program, the Supportive Housing Program, and the Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy Program. Additionally, the CoC Program interim rule incorporates the Final Homeless Definition. this could have provided them with the money they so despreately needed. but on the ther hand rex could have wasted the money on alachol.
I belive they should have lost their parental rights, because one of the reasons for terminstion is sexual abuse that they put their kids though by taking them to jeanettes uncle and leaving the windows open and the man geting and touchinh her. which is just such a horible thing to put your child through. Her parents put childen in life hreatig danger and for that reason alone hey should have found a better home for them.
If a child is under age 12, his or her failure to attend school is presumed to be the crime of educational neglect committed by the child's parents/guardians. If the child is age 12 or older, his or her failure to attend school is presumed to be truancy. The presumption of whether a child's absence from school is deemed educational neglect or truancy can be overcome with evidence to the contrary. her parents did not obey this law as many others but education is so important in the development of a child. for not only social skills but to learn abou the world.
